Lila Kate has been working really hard at holding her bottle, and she's getting pretty good. I still have to help her every now and then, but I'm very proud of her. She is also rolling all over the place. She likes laying on her belly and holding her head and chest up off the ground. We practice sitting up, but she doesn't have it down yet.

5 months old!
I am in somewhat of denial that Lila Kate is five months old. There is no way possible that she is this old! But alas, I get out the calendar and count the weeks and alas she is growing up on me.
Eats- 7-8 ounces of formula, 4-5 ounces of juice once a day, and 1 fruit and 1 veggie a day. Loves: carrots, sweet potatoes, peaches, bananas, and sweet peas.
Wears- mostly size 6 months. There are a few 3-6 month pieces that she can still fit. Shoes are a size 1 but she doesn't have any yet.
Diapers- I'm finishing up the last pack of 2s that she has, then it's on to size 3s! She's a chunky little thing!!
Tricks- her rolling is now from back to tummy. Then she gets mad. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm sure she'll figure out how to put the rolls together. She can also hold onto toys much better.
Discoveries- her fingers make great gnaw toys and pacifiers. Also has a new interest in Charlie.
Daily activities- she loves watching Sprout in the mornings. We usually run errands after lunch. I try to give her a good nap in the afternoon. Once it cools (if that's even possible in this MS summer) we take our 2 mile stroll in the nature park. Lila Kate loves looking at the trees! She chats most of the time we walk.

20 weeks
So finally Lila Kate and I have been able to spend some lazy time at home. She is becoming quite the chatterbox with some very high pitched squeals! Her giggles are contagious! She loves rolling from her back to her tummy. She has been eating lots of first foods and seems to enjoy most of them.
19 weeks
Wow what a week it has been! Lila Kate spent her 19 week birthday in the Virgin Islands! Will and I were a little nervous about her traveling so far, but she did great! She slept the majority of the plane rides and was hardly fussy. She slept through most of Jay and Kattie's wedding. I have to admit though, she was such the beach bum! I was so glad she liked the beach and the pool! Our first day home was today and she has been fussy some, but I think she's trying to readjust.
